Network MonitoringNETWORKS: All networks are up Scheduled Server MaintenanceJuly 24, 19:58 EST DC2 overload issue has been resolved. We've replaced faulty RAID card and also ran FSCK. July 24, 19:23 EST We're still trying to resolve CPU and memory issues on DC2 server. Server is not down (it does process apache requests and mail) but severely overloaded. Issue should be resolved by 20:00 EST (20:30 EST latest). It was good idea to upgrade server in August (to avoid data loss / severe downtime in the future). Thank you for your patience. July 24, 18:01 EST We are currently working on DC2 in order to fix memory issues and bad disk sectors. There is no downtime, but server is very slow. ETA: 1 hour 40 minutes. We do apologize for the inconvenience. July 24, 00:07 EST DC1/DC2 server will be upgraded on August 7th, 2010. All websites will be moved to different, more powerful servers (new CPU, more memory, new 15K SCSI high capacity disks) by August 5th 2010. There is no downtime associated with this upgrade. All notifications and new server URLs will be sent to billing contacts. Please make sure that you have current billing profile. Thank you! July 1, 06:03 EST DC2 server went down for reboot. ETA: 7 minutes. May 18, 02:03 EST TIGER server went down for scheduled power maintenance (see May 11th notice). ETA: 30 minutes - 1 hour. May 16, 01:48 EST TIGER server went down for reboot. ETA: 8 minutes. Scheduled Network MaintenanceData Center Engineers will be performing maintenance on Saturday, July 3, 2010 (07/03/2010) on circuits providing connectivity (public network in Dallas, Seattle and Washington D.C.) Over the course of this maintenance, new capacity from each router will be turned up while also migrating other circuits for more direct connectivity. During this maintenance, Engineers will make every effort to mitigate the impact to customer traffic; however, customers are likely to see routing anomalies, packet-loss, and increased latency on both the public and private networks. All servers will be affected.
