Websites on TIGER server have been restored at 5:15 AM EST. If you receive specific error, please submit support ticket with all details (error output, screenshot etc). Thank you!

Restore on TIGER server will be completed shortly. Most websites (70%) have been restored. If you cannot access website, you probably cached wrong IP or site had SSL. Please submit support ticket if you had SSL. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Main SSL has been restored on TIGER server. Data restore (websites) has been initiated (will be restored in alphabetical order). There is no ETA.

Old hard drives with backups has been attached to TIGER server. Weekly backups (generated on May 11-12) have been verified. They will be restored after cPanel setup. Restore process could be very slow even with 15K drives. Thank you for your patience.

E1 server went down for reboot (kernel update). ETA: 15 minutes.

OS reload has been completed on TIGER server. cPanel has been installed as well. cPanel setup should be completed within next 2 hours. Thank you for your patience.

We've replaced broken RAID controller and two failed hard drives on TIGER server. OS reload has been started. We'll check local backups on local disk (which looks OK after FSCK) as soon as we complete server setup (~2-4 hours). If backups exist, we will restore them (May 11). If don't, we will use monthly backups from offsite backup server (April 15th).

RAID issue on TIGER server is currently being investigated. FSCK has been completed with "clean" status, but RAID controller fails right after reboot.

Raid controller reports bad block on two (out of 3) drives. We're still looking into this. There is no ETA.
